About a year Ago a customer brought in a laptop that had just "Crashed" He despiratly needed his pictures saved ( WHY) About a month ago he and his wife flew to Paris France to attend thier daughter's wedding She was serving in the military in Germany. He had just copied all of the pictures of the Wedding to the laptop and deleted them from the camera - No backup -- Winona Computers was able to save the pictures and repair the laptop - Impossible pictures to replace.
We have spent litteraly hundreds of hours backing up data from computers needing repair.
